● Product Characteristics

1.1. This product is a red or grey powder composite material and can be used as special additive for casting cold core to reduce the tendency of expansion of cold core, and completely eliminate burr defects in inner cavity of castings.

2.This product does not react with materials of cold core physically and chemically, which can effectively avoid sintering or metal penetration in the inner cavity of castings.

3.This product can prevent sand core breakage and deformation caused by excessive addition of anti-veining commodity materials.

● Instructions for Use

Used in the cold core: In the process of mixing sand for cold core making, it is added at the same time with the original sand, mixed evenly and then added resin and other auxiliary materials. According to the volume of the sand core, the suitable addition amount of this product is 0.3-1.0%, and the specific addition amount is determined according to the production process of each company’s casting.

● Attentions

This product should not be mixed with other anti-veining materials and it must be mixed evenly with other raw and auxiliary materials. This product has a slight influence on the strength of the finished sand core. If necessary, please adjust the amount of binder and curing agent according to the condition of usage.
