“Weiye”brand manganese nitride is a mature and stable nitrogen increasing material. The appearance is grayish brown lump. It has the characteristics of fast absorption speed, high absorption rate and good stability. Nitrogen can reduce or replace chromium, copper, molybdenum and nickel as pearlite-forming elements used in iron and steel smelting. It can interact with other elements in steel to give steel excellent properties, such as increasing strength and hardness, improving toughness and corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in the production of automobile, shipbuilding, aviation industry materials. Nitrogen is used to replace or reduce expensive alloy elements, thus greatly reducing the production cost.

Product Application

It is mainly used to produce high strength steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and iron castings such as HT250, HT300 and HT350.

Application Method

After the iron material in electric furnace is completely dissolved, it is added into molten iron 5-10 minutes before tapping. The the amount of addition is 0.1-0.3%, and the nitrogen content should be controlled between 80-120ppm.

Packaging and storage

Ton bag. The storage should be waterproof and moisture-proof.
