PUCB cold core sand is a high-quality composite sand developed by Henan Weiye company for the common quality problems in the production process of the domestic amine method cold box technology, that is, the sand for core making in cold box technology. Part of materials are imported from abroad. It can not only improve the cleanliness of casting cavity, but also reduce the production cost of casting.
● Product Characteristics
1.PUCB composite sand has high refractoriness and good fluidity, which can improve the density of sand core and metal-penetration prevention property to prevent the defects of metal penetration in the inner cavity of casting;
2.PUCB composite sand has low content of basic metals and their oxides with good thermal stability, which can effectively inhibit the deformation and shrinkage of the sand core, and prevent sintering defects in the inner cavity of casting (especially the narrow parts);
3.PUCB composite sand has low expansion efficiency, which can effectively avoid veining defects in the inner cavity of casting and improve the cleaning efficiency of casting inner cavity.
